7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEXI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Indemnification
